Are you one of our new Sales Managers?

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Sales of our products and Key Account Management
  • Building, developing and maintaining strong customer relations 
  • Customer and market analysis as well as decision making in what strategy to apply for each segment
  • Staying updated on market dynamics and prices
  • Working with the company's sales and marketing strategy, and exploring new business opportunities
  • Participation in market activities, trade shows and client visits

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in sales from the seafood industry or other relevant sales experience with documented results
  • Leading sales team experience
  • Completed relevant higher education. Extended experience can compensate for the lack of education
  • Good Norwegian and English skills, both written and oral
  • Willingness to travel when needed and flexible working hours
