Ahumados Canarias S.A. is a company founded in 1985 and located in the island of Gran Canaria, Spain, as the first industrial smokehouse in the archipelago.

We are committed to providing quality seafood processing and distribution. In our factory, we process and smoke a wide range of products, but mainly salmon. We are proud to have the leading hotel chains in the archipelago as our clients. We produce products for distribution to all the hotels in the Canary Islands.
